Add 3R News to the home screen of your device!

Here’s a great way to access your local news quickly and easily by placing a shortcut to 3R News on the home screen of your mobile device.

The first method works for those of you who have iPhones or iPads. Add 3R News to

Step 1. Begin by opening the Safari browser

Add 3R News to

Step 2. Navigate to 3RiversNews.com and then click the share button at the bottom of the screen.

Add 3R News to

Step 3. On the next screen scroll down to add to home screen and click the + 

Add 3R News to

Step 4. On the next screen click the Add button

And there it is! Now one click will get you quickly to 3R News whenever want to check in. 

And now for you Android users.

Step 1. Open Chrome on your device and navigate to 3RiversNews.com.

Step 2. Tap the 3 dots in upper right-hand corner and tap Add to Home screen.

Step 3. You can enter a name for the shortcut or just tap Add.

Step 4. Touch and hold for manual placement or choose automatic.

Step 5. And there it is. Ready to take you to 3R News!
